These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe how you may use the Ocela iOS application and its on-device features. By installing, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the App.
Ocela helps you synthesise data from Apple HealthKit and other sources on your iPhone. The App operates locally, without creating Ocela-managed user accounts or transmitting your data to Ocela servers.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction to use the App.
Ocela provides wellness insights for informational purposes. Ocela does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified clinician before making decisions related to your health.
Your privacy matters to us. All health data remains on your device and is governed by the Ocela Privacy Policy. You control which data Ocela can access via Apple Health permissions.
Ocela, including the App design, copy, logos, and related trademarks, is owned by Ocela. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to install and use the App for personal use on devices you own or control.
We may update or discontinue the App at any time. We aim to keep services running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Future updates may introduce new features or modify existing ones.
The App may interact with services provided by Apple or other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services. Ocela is not responsible for third-party services you choose to use with the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocela will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may revise these Terms to reflect product changes or legal updates. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The "Effective Date" above indicates when these Terms were last updated.
